Check-in/Registration will take place at the following times (you may check in either day):
NO REFUNDS FOR NO-SHOWS. If the event is cancelled, refunds will be issued. Booths MUST remain open during the entire festival hours on both days unless a special exception is granted. If you leave early, you may not be considered for next year's festival. Booth Spaces:
Vendor Types:
"Handcrafted" means items personally made by the vendor. Sale of food items, prepared or consumed on grounds, whether for profit or non-profit are considered to be a food vendor. Produce and food/beverage items that are not prepared or intended to be consumed on grounds are charged a business rate. Appropriate licensing required. Miscellaneous:

Requests for more than one booth space may or may not be honored, depending on number of accepted vendors. Invoices:
Invoices will be sent by email on July 1. Please pay upon receipt. Payment is due September 1. No late payments will be accepted. Non-payment will result in forfeiture of your booth space. |
